Utopia is a 9,000 m² cultural complex that seamlessly integrates a historic 19th-century building with a modern structure, enhancing the city’s urban fabric.

The design combines a vertically stacked library atrium with a performing arts academy, featuring spaces like ballet studios and rehearsal rooms that offer views of the city and allow passersby a glimpse of graceful choreography. Vast, open spaces and large “urban windows” create a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding city, fostering its role as a cultural landmark that invites community interaction through an open and transparent design.

Contributions:
