The new building defines a new edge of the main campus and is strategically located next to the playing field, completing the organised layout of the existing campus buildings.

The use of brick blends with the surrounding structures, and the recessed ground floor creates a continuous colonnade along the edge of the field. Concrete bleacher seating bridges the height difference, acting as a grandstand for sporting events.

The building is divided into two wings, 12 Senior Boys’ General Teaching classrooms to the north, and 15 Technology classrooms to the south, separated by a central service core and double-height spaces that highlight their distinct functions.

Designed to support modern pedagogical needs, the building prioritises flexible learning environments. Open breakout areas foster collaboration, while central atriums enhance connectivity and bring natural light throughout the building.
