Located at a prominent junction in Shoreditch, the project replaces a nearly vacant structure with a high-quality new development that contributes to the area’s ongoing transformation. The proposal delivers 9,300m² of office space and ground-floor retail, activating the street edge and enhancing the energy of Leonard Circus.

A detailed site analysis informed a set of key architectural principles, which drew inspiration from the warehouse typology still present in Shoreditch. The design offers a modern interpretation, with a facade that features a green-glazed brick base and varied brick bonds, patterns, and colours above - reflecting the area’s industrial past while adding a dynamic, contemporary character.
