This project aims to redefine the modern workplace as a dynamic, transparent environment that fosters creativity and connection.

At its heart is a dramatic atrium - the “cloud” - that visually and physically links diverse workspaces across split building volumes. The building integrates a mix of open-plan and private studios, and efficient office spaces with informal areas for creativity and teamwork to support a wide range of work styles. At street level, it opens up to the city with a series of plazas, cafes, and pedestrian pathways that invite the public into and through the site.
